Kelly L. Boyle

Ms. Boyle is responsible for development and administrative services of CORE Ventures. She joined Griffin Holdings in 1991 to assist in all aspects of the real estate development, acquisition, operations and related construction services for the corporation.

Prior to joining Griffin, Ms. Boyle worked at Security Pacific National Bank in the Real Estate Industries Group. In this position, she coordinated financing and legal documentation for a variety of California commercial real estate clients. Ms. Boyle is member of CREW (Women in Commercial Real Estate) in both Orange County and Las Vegas, the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce, and the NAIOP (both Orange County and Las Vegas Chapters). She received her Certification in 1999 at UNLV’s Lied School of Real Estate for Commercial Real Estate Studies. She studied business at Washington State University in accounting/finance and has a Bachelor’s of Arts with a concentration in Real Estate Management. Ms. Boyle is currently studying for her Juris Doctorate at Concord Law University in Los Angeles, California.
