Located on the premier urban corner of Hollywood, on the famed Sunset Strip, After Sunset is one of the most visible and exciting projects in Southern California. Griffin Realty was responsible for full development management services for an urban destination and entertainment project on the Sunset Strip in West Hollywood.

The project is proposed to include 200,000 square feet of Class A office, restaurants, dining and entertainment tenants along the project’s frontage to the Sunset Strip on the corner of Sunset and La Cienega.

The development management services included site plan review and approval with the City of West Hollywood, marketing services for the hospitality and retail components of the project and the coordination of architects, engineers, contractors, seismologists and other consultants for the pre-development phase of the project.

After successfully facilitating an agreement with the City of West Hollywood for "fault setback" and site plan review, Griffin negotiated the disposition of the property with the neighboring developer. The property is now being developed as the Sunset Millennium and integrated with a full service hotel and additional destination retail connecting to the Sunset Plaza to the east.
