Mr. Martinez, through his 25 year work history, has progressively demonstrated a keen ability to lead diverse teams of professionals in the real estate marketplace. In the role of Executive Vice President at Griffin Structures, Mr. Martinez manages all business development activities such as strategic planning, marketing, and public relations with a particular emphasis on planning, finance, and construction management. He also leads Griffin’s Public Private Partnership initiative to assist government clients with their challenging budgets.

Mr. Martinez has a proven ability in analyzing an organization's critical business requirements, identifying deficiencies and potential opportunities, developing innovative and cost-effective solutions to enhance competitiveness, increasing revenues, and improving customer service offerings.

In addition, Mr. Martinez is an active community constituent, participating in industry organizations where he serves as a dependable and practiced voice.  Some of his affiliations include: Society of College and University Planners; Construction Management Association of America; Former Vice President, Women’s Transportation Seminar Orange County and Los Angeles; Western Council of Construction Consumers; Former President, Toastmaster International Costa Mesa; and Los Angeles Headquarters Association. Mr. Martinez is also a board member of the Los Angeles County Economic Development Corporation, California State University, Long Beach’s College of Construction, Engineering and Management, the Boys & Girls Club of Long Beach, and the Association of Commercial Real Estate Executives, Inland Empire.
