Parrish A. Dyer

Construction Manager

Parrish Dyer has 20 years experience in project and construction management on a variety of project types, including Parking Structures, Maintenance Facilities, Rail Projects, Community Centers, Recreational Centers, Multipurpose Facilities, Hospitals, and University Housing.  He has a proven track record of construction delivery utilizing all major delivery methods. 

He understands working with both the public and private sectors, and is experienced in all aspects of project and construction management from pre-construction to close-out and warranty administration. He has special skills in management of project budgets, schedules, coordination and review of Construction Documents, permitting, RFI review and management, progress payments assessment, and change orders review and management. Mr. Dyer is fully capable schedule management and budget control.

As a licensed Engineer, Mr. Dyer understands the integration of design and construction, and is very familiar with the design-build process.  He also is well experienced and has a thorough understanding of Geotechnical services.

Mr. Dyer is recognized for resolving difficult problems which may arise in the course of project delivery.  His strength is a long hands-on experience in large and small projects of diverse character.  Past experience includes construction manager for the University of California Irvine, where he managed delivery of various Design/Build projects. While at UCI, he subsequently served as owner’s representative to the Campus Building Official for the construction of UCI’s billion dollar construction program, including significant parking structure components.

Parrish Dyer is a California licensed Professional Engineer, and a LEED Accredited Professional.
