Todd W. Niemann

Mr. Niemann has more than 22 years of diverse experience in all facets of engineering, public works, commercial and development construction.  As a Certified Construction Manager, Mr. Niemann follows a process of professional management formulated to achieve the successful completion of a construction project from conception through occupancy. He is a leader who manages this process and provides a program of management services and expertise tailored to Owner and project needs. Mr. Niemann’s experience includes General Contracting, Owner’s Representative, and Agency Construction Management services – all applying and integrating comprehensive project controls to manage critical issues of time, cost and quality. He has extensive experience with project management, cost management, time management, quality management, project/contract administration and project safety programs throughout all project phases.
