The project involved a mix of renovation and new construction, with key decisions required to maximize the value of funds expended. This resulted in a program which is a premier museum venue both locally and state-wide. The project included 60,000 square feet of building with display areas, courtyards, and dynamic spaces for enhanced museum experience. This was a cooperative effort including the City of Santa Ana, and the non-profit Arts Board. The project was delivered on schedule and on budget, and demonstrates the team’s understanding of what is needed to deliver best-in-class museum facilities.
