A $20 million public/private partnership which incorporates an entire downtown city block in Riverside, California into a 120,000 square foot, integrated, mixed-use development, consisting of the Family Law Court (County of Riverside), an office building, parking structure, ancillary retail, and public plazas and related amenities. Griffin delivered this building for the City of Riverside with the Integrated Project Delivery method. The building was financed by the capitalization of current leases for agencies occupying the new building and by capitalization of projected court fees. This facility was selected by the State of California as the State Court Standard for courthouses of this type.
