Fullerton Community / Senior Center (LEED Silver Registered)

Griffin Structures is serving as Program and Construction Manager for the new construction, expansion and renovation of the Fullerton Community Center, incorporating its existing Senior Center and Boys and Girls Club. A key aspect of this project involved Griffin Structures assisting with a series of community workshops to integrate resident's participation/feedback into the building design.

This new multi-generational, 59,000-square-foot community center will include a multipurpose room, full kitchen, gymnasium, indoor swimming facility, along with other amenities and support services.
