Fullerton Tennis Center Pavilion Renovation

Griffin Structures, Inc. is currently providing construction management services to the City of Fullerton for the renovation of the existing 3,600-square-foot pavilion structure. The scope of work includes construction of exterior walls, which will transform the overhead structure into a completely modernized clubhouse with all the necessary amenities required to service a top-notch tennis facility. Additional work includes interior demolition and full tenant improvements by adding new office space, a pro shop, warm-up room, storage area, break room, concession area, and upgraded bathroom and locker facilities. This project will also consist of a new entry structure, concrete ADA ramps, and on site / off site utilities involving reconstruction of the sewer and water laterals that service the site.
