Hesperia Civic Center Park

Civic Center Park is a focal point and centerpiece of Hesperia’s Civic Center.  It is the "environmental friendly" glue that binds the sustainable City Hall, Library, Police Headquarters, County Building, and future Community Building into one cohesive place for civic activities. This 5-acre jewel contains an amphitheater, meeting areas, activity spaces, play areas and more. 

Griffin Structures served as construction manager for the park which encompassed planning, design and construction, on-site and off-site improvements. The Civic Plaza Park was delivered within a 6 month schedule and opened June 2008.

This park is a recipient of the 2008 AWPA Project of the Year Award for Park and Recreational Facilities.
