Parkview Community Hospital Medical Center

Parkview Community Hospital Medical Center, an aging community hospital serving the Riverside community, retained Griffin Structures to serve as its Program Manager to manage the “repositioning” of the hospital via extensive renovation and expansion program. The centerpiece of this program is a new Women’s and Children’s Center, including renovations to the OB Lobby/Triage, Post - Partum Care areas, Neonatal Intensive Care Pediatrics Center, and a new, ‘state-of-the-art’ Labor and Delivery Wing.  The scope of work included an area of 30,000 g.s.f. and was completed at a cost of $9 million.
