This $2.6 million project includes the renovation of an historical landmark strategically located in the City of Santa Ana, adjacent to the new $220 million Ronald Reagan Federal Courthouse. The 21,500 gross sq. ft. building formerly was used as a bank in the early 1920’s and was planned for redevelopment as a professional services office building with a cafe/restaurant on the street-front corner. Key elements of this project include a renovation of the historical facade, special interior treatments, and a seismic upgrade. Griffin provided Integrated Project Delivery for this project.
