Sand Canyon Avenue Grade Separation

Project Coordinator/Owner’s Representative to the city of Irvine for the construction phase of the grade separation project in Irvine, California of the Metrolink/SCRRA railroad. Services include providing coordination to local business owners and property owners impacted by the $56 million project, which will also includes intersection improvements and new utilities and drainage facilities. The three and half year program also involves representing the City with utilities Coordination, OCTA, Construction Manager, and General Contractor meetings. The role also entails regular update meetings to City Council members and staff throughout the construction duration,attending and participating in regular, technical, traffic management, public relations, and various other project meetings regarding the status of the the project. The project also involves providing input and a forum to discussing and resolving project and local agency issues.
