Seal Beach Facilities Condition Assessment

Griffin Structures, Inc., performed a Facility Condition Assessment for the City of Seal Beach, including the evaluation of buildings and facilities the City owns and maintains.   The Assessment rated each facility’s various components, including evaluation of the facility's useful life, noting specific deficiencies, preparing budgetary remedial costs, examining ADA and other code compliance, and studying replacement vs. renovation costs. 
 
This Project will provided the City with an independent assessment by Griffin's technical experts of the present state of the buildings and facilities, a prioritization of deficiencies found, the cost of remedying those deficiencies, and the costs of building replacement when and where warranted.
