SNPLMA Trails and Parks Program

Griffin was selected by the City of Henderson to manage a Master Plan process for this 160-acre mixed-use sports park and civic-use facility.  The project has many internal and external stakeholders who have been interviewed regarding park components, with public outreach also including numerous public meetings and Parks Commission briefings.  Griffin has supplied assistance with acquisition of recreation and public-purpose lease from BLM, and in the management of project budget and with project compliance with multiple funding sources.
