Westminster Corporate Yard Facilities

Griffin Structures, Inc. is currently serving as program manager for the City’s corporate yard project. The existing 29,000-square-foot facility will be code-upgraded, modernized, remodeled and expanded by an estimated 10,000 square feet. Griffin will coordinate civil, geotechnical, and environmental surveys as well as prepare the program and basis of design.
