Griffin Structures, Inc. is highly experienced and well versed in all manners and methodologies of project finance, be it with either public or private sector resources. Griffin is also well versed with projects funded by a combination of public and private sector financing sources, with various forms of underwriting criteria.

Griffin Structures, Inc. is often included during the implementation period as an integral part of all development services (especially as to refined cost estimates, phasing, and sequencing) in order to secure the best financing terms available. Griffin has participated in many forms of private sector financing totaling over $1 billion in real estate financing and structuring, and often manage, or participate in, public/private partnerships which include a combination of financing sources.
